● "App" refers to the DIJO Delivery App platform.
● "Client" refers to users who place orders through the App.
● "Delivery Partner" refers to independent contractors who fulfil delivery orders.
● "Restaurant Partner" refers to establishments partnering with the App to offer their menu items.
● "We," "us," and "our" refer to the Food Delivery App.
● "You" and "your" refer to users, including Clients, Delivery Partners, and Restaurant Partners.
**Clients**: Clients must create an account to place orders. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
**Delivery Partners**: Delivery Partners must undergo a screening process and meet specific criteria to become a part of our network. You must provide accurate and updated information during registration. You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations while performing deliveries.
**Restaurant Partners**: Restaurants must meet our partnering criteria and provide accurate information about their menu items, prices, and availability.
Clients can place orders through the App. Prices are as specified by the Restaurant Partners and may include taxes, fees, and delivery charges.
Payment methods include credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and other methods specified in the App. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
a. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, but actual delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, and other factors.
b. Delivery Partners are responsible for delivering orders in a timely and professional manner. Any issues during delivery should be reported to us through the App.
a. Clients can cancel orders according to the cancellation policy displayed in the App.
b. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
a. Clients: You agree to use the App for lawful purposes and to not interfere with others' use of the App. You shall not provide false information, use the App for unauthorised purposes, or engage in any harmful activities.
b. Delivery Partners: You agree to fulfil deliveries professionally, follow traffic rules, and maintain a respectful demeanour. You are responsible for your mode of transportation and relevant licences and insurances.
c. Restaurant Partners: You agree to provide accurate menu information, maintain quality standards, and adhere to food safety regulations.
All content provided on the App is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or terminate the App at any time, without notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana.
By using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
